How to achieve below Requirement

Lets take a case for below structure
Finished Goods- Item A (Make)
Sub assembly- Item B (Make), Item C (Make)
Sub Assembly component- Item D(Buy), Item E (Buy)
Now once planning is run it will create work order for Item A and user will collect manufacturing data in planning engine again, On the next plan run planning engine will suggest work order for item B and Item C and user will release work order for Item B and Item C but currently system do not reserve work order for sub assembly against finished goods work order. Wanted to understand if user can create hard pegging/reservation between finished goods Work order and sub assembly Work order.
