Symptoms

Shipments History Average calculation doesn't consider correct number of months as per GlobalAllocationPeriods value.

STEPS to reproduce:
-----------------------

  1. Set value for Forecasting parameter GlobalAllocationPeriods
  2. Run the plan
  3. Dis-aggregate Shipments History Average data to lower level
  4. Check if the number of months considered are as per GlobalAllocationPeriods value
