Goal

When a sales order is priced, the prices and adjustments on the charges are applied based on the current date-time the order is being (re)priced/revised. This means when the order with order date as 01-Jan-2018 10 AM is repriced/revised on 15-Jan-2018, any price changes on 15-Jan-2018 will be applied on the open lines on the order,

This solution provides the capability to reprice the order based on the order date. This means when the order with order date as 01-Jan-2018 is revised/priced on 15-Jan-2018, the prices are still calculated as of 01-Jan-2018. Any price changes that are effective after 10 AM on 01-Jan-2018 will not be applied. In other words, the price of the item on the order will be the same price as 01-Jan-2018 at 10 AM.

Note: This solution may be tweaked to use the RequestShipDate or RequestArrivalDate instead of the OrderedDate. See the Note under the solution below for this change.
