Goal

Trying to add the Tax Registration Number but system does not allow and throw error verified the number in portal and it is valid, Registration Number : NLXXXXXXXXX, Supplier : YYYYY, Number : XXXX

Error : The tax registration number does not comply with the check digit algorithm

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Manage Suppliers > Transaction Tax > Tax Registrations
