Goal
Qn1:If all the system setups are working as per design, in that case, should the encumbrance base data in the General Ledger Balance cube tie to the encumbrance base data (obligation + commitment + other encumbrance) in the Budgetary Control cube?
Qn2:Second question regarding system is the behavior as there was no data in General Ledger for Commitments, but there was data for Obligations. What steps need to be performed to see correct data?
