PRC: PO: Error when Importing Mapping Sets (Doc ID 2670171.1)

Symptoms

When user imports the mapping set the following validation error comes. Issue not due to duplicate records but due to category syntax.

Message code: XLA_AB_MS_DUP_MAPPINGS
Message area: FinXlaAMSetup
Message text: The combination of input values {INPUT_COMBINATION} and effective date ranges isn't unique.
Comments: The validation happens when there are multiple rows with the same combination of input values. Error occurs when there is an overlap of effective date ranges for the same combination of input values.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User export existing mapping sets and compare them with the file he wants to import

2. The records do not overlap

3. user import the mapping sets and get the error 'The combination of input values {INPUT_COMBINATION} and effective date ranges isn't unique'
The combination of input values 10000000XXXXXX and effective date ranges is not unique
