Goal

When the transactions exceeds or fails Budget availability, is it possible to send notifications to the Budget Manager when the Control Budget has a funds check level of Absolute or Advisory?

Customer is looking for a process where notifications will be sent to the Budget Managers when the PO/Requisition fails funds check. this will help them in taking the necessary action.
