On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Cost Processing

While closing the XXX period, there are XXX records got stuck in the pending interface from AR source

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto Manage costing period UI
2. Select the period and run validations
3. There are 315 records are stuck from AR
