When attempting to transact on subinventory item after updating 'Non Quantity Tracked' to 'Quantity Tracked' the following error occurs:
The Transaction quantity must be less than or equal to available quantity for item {item number}


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a subinventory transfer into an existing subinventory with Non Quantity Tracked unchecked
2. Changed the receiving subinventory to Quantity Tracked
3. Attempt to transact on Non Quantity Tracked subinventory item and receive error
