Create accounting throws error

Subledger Accounting was unable to locate a Match in Mapping Set PV Item Expense for the Input value.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Create accounting Program after cash in advance transaction is interfaced to AP

Due to this issue, users cannot do the accounting..
