On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Maintenance Management Setups

Unable to use Import Function for Manage Data Access for Users - Error in date format :
User is trying to set up a new user and provide the same data access that another user has.
Since it is quite an extensive list, user is trying to use the Import from CSV file functionality. User receives error on the Column Z StartDateActive input. User tried various formatting configurations with no success.


Log file contains the following:
JBO-25026: Row oracle.jbo.Key .. with XML tag UserRoleDataAsgnmntsSetupVORow cannot be loaded.JBO-25027: Attribute StartDateActive at index 49 with XML tag StartDateActive cannot be loaded.JBO-25009: Cannot create an object of type:java.sql.Date from type:java.lang.String with value: 7/23/2020 12:00:00: null
