At Segment Policy level if the policy type is set to Min Max and at Item Policy Override it is set to Fixed Order Cycle, Replenishments are not generated.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Policy Parameters with type as Min max and item location overrides with FOC
2. Run the replenishment plan
3. Open Replenishment workbench and check if replenishments are generated when Beginning Inventory position goes below min qty
