Symptoms
When attempting to close a qualification, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error: The date is before the valid range.
The date must be on or after 13/08/20 11:13 AM
AND
Error
You must enter a date range that doesn’t overlap the start date (3/08/20 12:50 PM) and the end date (4/08/20 08:51 AM) of qualification 1. (POQ-3645077)
