ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When import misc transaction by using 'InventoryTransacitonImportTemplate' FBDI template, it failed with error.

ERROR
-----------------------
The serial number range does not match the transaction quantity specified.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Download 'InventoryTransacitonImportTemplate' FBDI template.
2. Add the required data.
3. Run the Load Interface File for Import ESS job.
4. Run 'Manage Inventory Transactions' ESS job.
