PRC:CMK: Messages Are Not Showing up in the Transformed Message Tab (Doc ID 2710372.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior:
Manage Collaboration Messaging History does not show Transformed Message

Note: Checked with Supplier they confirm that PO Out Message is received by them and verified Payload

Expected Behavior:
Expect the Manage Collaboration Messaging History shows Transformed Message which is blank currently

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enabled CMK for PO Outbound and Invoice Inbound
2. Purchase Order is created and Approved
3. Supplier receives the PO without any issue
4. Navigate to Manage Collaboration Messaging History
5. Search by Transaction PO_OUT
6. It shows Status as Success
7. Click on the Message ID which shows Original Message
8. Navigate to Transformed Message it is blank
