PROBLEM STATEMENT

When attempting to Approve the Quality Issue, Approver is getting the error as like below.

ERROR

'Invalid action on workflow task or user does not have privilege to perform this action. Action APPROVE on task [task unique id] cannot be performed by [user]. Make sure that the action is valid with respect to the current state of the task or ensure that the user has privilege to perform this action on the workflow task.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. Goto  applications
2. Supply Chain Execution->Quality management
3. User A Created Quality issue with Approval
4. User B is Click Approve the Quality Issue from UI
5. Enter the Comments
6. Click on Ok
7. Error Appears

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Approver should able to Approve Quality issue Successfully
