How Is Interface Date Populated In Subscription Billing Summary? (Doc ID 2737898.1)

When the Subscription is interfaced we can see in the Billing Summary Interfaced flag become Y, but it is strange the date is not getting updated with actual interface date. Is this a intended behavior?
