ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Requisitions Not Generated When Running Min/Max Planning. No errors occur when the report is run. Report output is as expected, correct quantities suggested however no requisitions are created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Requisitions should be generated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Min max with requisitions to be generated
2. Witness that requisitions were not generated
