Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
"Inviting Procurement BU" LOV is showing 2 Blank Values. Able to select the 2nd Blank value and submit the supplier registration request. But it is getting rejected automatically even though a approval rule with Null value is already setup.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Supplier registration approval should work based on "Inviting Procurement BU" properly.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Suppliers > Register supplier
2. Inviting procurement BU LOV Shows 2 Blank Values
3. Even though, "Inviting Procurement BU" is set as Mandatory, able to submit registration request with 2nd blank value.
4. So setup a rule with Null value. But Registration request is getting rejected automatically by application.
