Symptoms
While running backlog plan in simulation mode or using scheduled process for specific org, plan run fails in error:
ERROR : 10001 : ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into (???)
Steps to reproduce:
Simulation Run:
1. Navigate to Backlog Analysis UI
2. Search for the order and Org
3. Order lines are listed
4. Click on refresh and plan
5. Plan Id:<plan id>, ends in error
Scheduled Process run:
1. Navigate to Schedule Process UI.
2. New Process-> Start Backlog Planning -> Input organization
3. Click on Submit
4. Request ends in error
