Fusion OTBI : Absence Of The Hierachy Of Natural Account (Doc ID 2786049.1)

Symptoms

 Issue reported:
Cannot find the account hierarchy in OTBI (Subject Area: GENERAL LEDGER - Real Time Scales), while the Cost Center is well available.

Steps:
The Natural Account segment is well BI enabled.
After making the flattening force of all segments, the following processes were executed:
- Publish Account Hierarchies
- Create Rules XML File for Bi Extender Automation
- Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence.

Still the hierarchy of Natural Account in OTBI is not present.
