Symptoms

Get error during receipt creation process.   ‘Manage Receiving Transactions’ job fails with an error: 

“ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout exp.
Could not lock po_line_locations_all, line_location_id: 29547sqlcode: -54. The receiving transaction cannot be processed because an error occurred in package name RCV_PROCESSOR_PVT.lock_transaction_entities with error code -54 and error text ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout exp“.
