PRC:PO: PO Change Order Is Auto-approved After It Is Escalated and Expired Instead of Being Rejected (Doc ID 2806676.1)

Symptoms

When an Escalated Purchase Order (PO) Change Order expires, it automatically gets approved instead of getting rejected.


STEPS
-----------------------
Example 1:
1. BPM worklist > Task Configuration > Document Approval > Deadlines > enable Escalate, max escalation level: 1
2. PO 1 shows Serial Terms Approval by XX, expired 07/13/21 12:06 PM and parallel terms approval first responder wins, approved 07/05/21 12:06 PM
3. PO 2 shows Serial terms Approval by XX, expired 07/13/21 12:04 PM and parallel terms approval first responder wins, task completed: approved 07/13/21 12:04 PM

Example 2:
1. BPM worklist > Task Configuration > Document Approval > Deadlines > enable expire only
2. Create a PO Change Order “1-1”
3. Approval Flow – Change Order routed for approval but once the approval expires, the PO
Change Order moves to “Auto Approved”
