Sourcing rule exists where Destination Org is getting material from two Source Orgs (Rank 1 & Rank 2)

Even when On hand quantity is available at Rank 2 Org, Constrained Supply Plan is still generating a planned order for Rank 1 Org to fulfill the incoming demand.

Is there any way such that if On hand is available at Rank 2 Source Org, then Supply Plan uses this to fulfill the demand instead of generating a planned order at Rank 1 Source Org?
