ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Constrained Planning: On hand Pegging Issue
Items demands that are due in the near term are pegged to future planned orders, and future demands are pegged to available on-hand.
Eg.:-
Item/ORG Item1/Org1, has item/ORG Item2/Org1 as a component. The sales order for item1/Org1 is due on 12/1/2021 but, is delayed by 22 days because the supply for Item2/Org1 is pegged to a planned order which is available later. Why is it pegged to a planned order when it has enough on hand for component item Item2/Org1 to fulfill the Sales Order on time / earlier
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Items that are due in near term should be pegged to on-hand and later demands to be pegged to planned orders
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run constrained plan
2. Check output
