On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Billing
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick a subscription which is in active status and product line is in expired status
2. Expired product has some bill lines which are not yet interfaced to AR
3.Place the subscription header on hold status
4.Billing lines are interfacing to AR and sent date is also getting populated
