Symptoms

Create Accounting program is completing with error for a Receipt application against Transaction created with a different Legal Entity (LE)

ERROR
-----------------------
There are no intercompany receivables accounts defined for the from legal entity <Applied_Trx_LE> and the to legal entity <Receipt_LE>.  Details: Intercompany receivables accounts must be defined for this intercompany relationship.
There are no intercompany payables accounts defined for the from legal entity <Receipt_LE> and to legal entity <Applied_Trx_LE> .  Details: Intercompany payables accounts must be defined for this intercompany relationship.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Tools > Scheduled Processes
2. Schedule New Process > Select Process Name: Create Accounting
3. Provide the parameters > [B] Submit
