Error:oracle.binding.expr.ServiceInvocationException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.ClassCastException, msg=java.lang.String cannot be cast to oracle.webservices.mdds.adt.ComplexNode

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoking a BIP report using Reports SOAP WSDL
2. Use the same steps before 22A upgrade
3. Getting error
