Simulation set firm planned order not included in constrained planning output
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Planned orders should show up in Plan output
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Simulation set is created
2)Created planned orders in Simulation sets. Used the same simulation set in Supply plan
3)Plan is run
4)Created planned order is not coming in supplies and demands
