Symptoms

When Approvers are trying to select multiple Invoices and try to approve at once, the following error occurs :

"Your request for {} tasks was not successful.. {0} failed. Ensure that soap messages are proper and well formed. Check the exception error stack to identify the error. If the error persists, contact Oracle Support Services."
