Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Billing

Subscriptions with covered levels are not interfacing into AR

Business Scenario:

Our Subscriptions have covered levels where assets are added. Once such Subscriptions are activated and send to receivables, the process is getting completed but error in log.
Hence the billing summary is not being send to Ra_interface.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Subscription with Covered levels
2. Activate Subscription
3. Execute Send Subscription Data to RMCS ESS Job.
