"Error oracle.jbo.JboException: This Account is Not Authorized to Access the Requested Envelope." When Entering the Option Manage Signatures

Symptoms
When users try to enter the Manage Signatures option, after sending the contract for signature they receive the following error: "Error oracle.jbo.JboException: This account is not authorized to access the requested envelope."
This happens even if they have all the correct roles and even they ran the Track Electronic Signatures process.
Changes
Do not receive that message and users be able to access the Manage Singatures option.
