Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Billing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
TCV in RMCS was not updating properly when the Subscription was closed using prorate without Credit on start date for the Coverage type products using Summarized billing
Upon Subscription Closure, credit memo lines are generated for interfaced lines automatically and
Subscription total contract value is also reduced but RMCS contract value not
changed/updated for subscriptions
