 Approval is not triggering to the Reporting Manager and creator Job Level .

Expectation is to have a approval rule based on Job title, Party contact role and Amount :

Job Level 1 Manager can approve up to $1,000,000
in above condition > Contract Admin is the user who will be submitting the
contract

Similarly it should work for below as well
Job Level 2 Manager can approve up to $10,000,000
Job Level 3 General Manager (Director) can approve up to $20,000,000
Job Level 4 General Manager (ED) can approve up to $35,000,000

etc.

If Job Level 99 it should go next level manager.
