On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, REST/Web Services

Error when trying to call an External Webservice to https://<External Webservice>

Error:
Error Trigger PostCleanCustomer!oracle.binding.expr.ServiceInvocationException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException, msg=java.net.SocketTimeoutException: newSocket: Couldnt connect to (<external webservice<IP>,<PORT>) even after 60000 millisecs





STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Application composer > Webservices
2. Register web service
3. Use basic authentication
4. Made changes to the digital certificate string
