Incorrect Dependent Demand Calculation At Component Level After 22C Upgrade (Doc ID 2903186.1)

Symptoms

In supply planning, the dependent demand calculation at component level is incorrect and calculation is inflated.
This issue happens for 22C customer who have taken 22C weekly patch of July 29 or later. If a customer is not planning to take any CWB for 22C, they won’t see this issue.

Steps To Reproduce
1) Navigate to Supply planning work area -> Supply planning
2) Manage Plans -> Run the supply plan

Impact
This impacts 22C customers running constrained supply plan. No impact for unconstrained plan
