Symptoms
Actual Behavior
---------------------
Only one covered level asset is created when order quantity is higher than one.
Expected Behavior
---------------------
Covered Level Assets should be equal to order quantity.
Steps
---------------------
1. Create order from REST
2. Process order from Order management
3. Supply chain execution -> inventory management -> create ASN -> search for the purchase order -> create ASN
Add quantity 2 -> record lots and serial number -> Enter serial number range -> quantity 2 and submit them
4. Go back to order management -> search for order -> selected it and switch to fulfillment view-
5. Reprocess order management transactions select the one with order and submit => creates subscription
6. Navigate to Subscription management search for subscription number that just got created, product has quantity is 2 and only one covered asset.
