Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
The Create Accounting process is scheduled to run on a specific period of time.

However, the Scheduled Create Accounting Job is not picking up eligible receivable transactions


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the scheduled Create Accounting program to select all eligible events with the GL date in the scheduled date

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Tools > Scheduled Processes
2. Search by the execution report of scheduled Create Accounting program and check the results
