Subscription Covered Level Price Becomes 0 When Subscription Is Repriced After Successful Data Import (Doc ID 2916358.1)

On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Pricing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Total Contract Value becomes 0 when repricing is executed.

When trying to Reprice a Subscription where Covered levels and the Parent object records where imported using Import Management , it was observed that  the Total Contract Value is becoming 0 and when verifying the Charge details at the Covered level,  the charge line was removed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Price of the Covered line should be calculated correctly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
---------------
1) Import Subscription, Subscription Product, Charges , Bill line, Covered level, Covered level charges, Covered level Bill Lines
2) Open the same Subscription from the UI and Reprice it
3) After Reprice, the Total Contract Value of the Subscription becomes 0
