On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Manage Project Resources-Evaluate and Assign Resources

Resource RequestResurce Pool Issue

Why When we are creating a Project Resource Request and get to the Evaluate Resources option ?
There is a list of Resource pools available.
When I highlight the one I want - it ignores that an brings back all the Resource Pools from that list.
