Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

--------------------

When running Generate Audit Report ESS job for Subscription, the file output is empty while changes can be seen in Audit Tab of subscription.

 

ERROR

---------------------

There are no records to display because there's no data to be audited within the specified parameters.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

----------------------

1. Enabling Audit
2. Create a Subscription Contract
3. Approve the contract
4. Change the approved subscription contract
5. Audit tab shows the changes
6. Audit report does not show any data
