ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bill to site is blank while creating subscription after selecting Bill to account in the creation page.

The setup from Multiple Business Units In Subscription Management (Doc ID 2682438.1) is also done


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bill to site must be available after selecting bill to account

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Go to Create subscription page
2. Select bill to account
3. Bill to Site is blank even though in the setup screen there are 2 available sites
