Goal

 Using the Prepare in Workbook function new rates were uploaded with an effective date of 01/01/2023. However, due to not re-searching the date, the upload produced an effective date of 01/17/2023.

How do we either back out the change in its entirety or correct the dates?

So that the effective date of the new rate is 01/01/2023 and the end date of the outgoing rate is 12/31/2022??
