Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.10.0 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Approvals are not working in subscription management. Subscriptions are stuck in Pending Approval status and there are no approval notifications sent.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------

Users expect approval workflow to be working properly.

 

STEPS
---------------

1. Create subscription

2. Submit for approval

3. Status is stuck in 'Pending Approval' and there are no notifications sent
