ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The user is unable to create a custom object.

When user tries to create a custom object an error is encountered.

The issue started after the user migrated custom objects from another instance.

STEPS
------------

1. Create a sandbox
2. Open Application Composer
3. Click (+) next to Custom Object to create a custom object
4. See error occur
