Import Management Is Taking Long Time Still In Importing Data Status (Doc ID 2940718.1)

Symptoms

Import Transaction using Import Management stuck on "Importing data" status.
Normally it takes about 30 mins to complete, now it’s running more than 5 hours.

STEPS
Tools > Import Management > Create Import Activity
  Name  : IMPORT ADJ RUN FEB23 1P
  Import Activity Identifier :  300002545684003
  Object : Incentive Transaction
