Symptoms

On : NA version, Setup

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Subscription number is not starting with Business Unit numbers even though the Subscription numbering method is determinant based sequence and Determinant type is selected and specified as per Business Unit number.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users expect the sequence to follow the Determinant type.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Subscription numbering method
2. Set Determinant Type
3. Create Subscription
4. Observe that the Subscription Number does not honor the determinant type
