ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

API /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/supplyChainPlans/:planid/child/PlanningTables does not honor filter condition when request submitted with filters. The API call is not filtering the records and fetching all the records in response.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit request - /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/supplyChainPlans/:planid/child/PlanningTables with filter condition
2. The filter returns all the records instead of returning only the records satisfied by the filter condition.
