ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to add privileges to a Custom Role to have access to Subscription Workbench.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Be able to add the specific privileges to a Custom Role.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Security Console.
2. Create Custom Role
3. When trying to add the privileges, these don't appear.
