Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Installed Base

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Asset Information Management Search not working when asset number has hyphen "-".

Example - when searching asset numbers with 1234-5678, it returns many records. But if the user use "1234-5678" then exact asset is returned

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Search should work without using "" if the asset has "-" character in it

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. supply chain execution -> asset information management
2. In search field enter 1234-5678. Many records are returned
3. Now enter "1234-5678". The exact asset number is returned
